SophterLight Photography believes in helping to create stronger, more vibrant communities, we invited our customers throughout the year to join us in making a difference and “giving back.” Between 2012 and 2013, customers contributed more than $500 to nonprofit organizations nationwide through our signature programs and SophterLight contributed over $10,000 in services.
Help Portrait: 2012 marked SophterLight's fourth year year as a sponsor and photographer of the Mao Children's initiative, Graciella’s campaign for awareness and philanthropic give-back program to her childhood village in the Dominican Republic. Approximately $5,000 was contributed to the campaign movement through our photographs and donations. Please see our photographs of the event here.
Triangle Community Center: SophterLight was the photographer of choice for the 2012 Pride party hosted by TCC. Additional events include the 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016 Galas. In total Sophterlight Photography donated over 500 hours of photography services and post production work.
GROW Coaching: As a corporate partner, GROW Coaching of Westpor, CT and SophterLight teamed to provide owner Jami with head shots and other corporate images for her business. The collaboration is meaningful as it exemplifies multiparty cooperation and illustrates how two enterprises can work together for the betterment of the community. Jami Patterson life Coaching is an asset to the community and we here at Sophterlight owe a debt of gratitude to Jami for here corporate mentoring and personal coaching.
A Day of Photography: This program is new and we think it is a great way to help individuals update their online presence with updated corporate head shots.
