Setting Up
We will arrive 1/2 hour early to set up the studio and then take it away at the end of the event. We don't charge for set up and breakdown time, it's all included in the package price. We allow up to 1 hour - depending on the location, if stairs are involved, and if we have to go up an elevator etc. but do not worry we are always set up on time and we will check this information with the venue before the event date.
Unlimited prints
Your guests can pose in the studio as many times as they want and take home photos from each session. All pictures, when taken, are printed and digitally saved for online presentation and provided to the host. Your or your guests will have the option to use their photo(s) for a sign-in photo album, montage, and many other possibilities including acrylic frames, key chains and etc. Unlimited photos of your guests are included in the fee.
On-site attendant
Every photo studio rental from SophterLight Photo Studio comes with properly dressed on-site attendant and photographer to help ensure that your guests maximize the photo studio experience. Our professional and courteous photo studio attendants will ensure the studio is operational the entire rental period. Our attendants will be on hand to ensure that studio operates properly and you and your guests are satisfied. They'll help with the props, pose ideas and getting every last straggler in on the fun. They are also there to assist your guests in using the studio and will explain to your guests how to log on to your new private web gallery and view / share their photos for many months to come.
Idle Hour (when studio is not in use)
Some customers choose to have the studio run for a one hour cocktail hour, have it idle for an hour during dinner and then have it run for a couple more hours during the reception as well. Idle hours pertain to hours in which the photo studio is not operational. Two common examples of when idle hours may pertain to your event:
Custom graphic
We color coordinate the photo folio monogram and layout to match the colors and theme of your event. Custom photo graphic design is available at additional $65/hr.
Event cards
Event cards are created for every photo studio rental. It gives your guests the location of your online proofing site for viewing and purchasing images taken at the photo studio.
Props
Make every moment a photo-op with our popular photo studio props. Filled with awesome accessories, this additional option is sure to instigate creativity. We guarantee the most unforgettable, funniest of photos. Sample items include: hats, boas, mustaches, masks, over-sized sunglasses, and much, much more!
Photo frame
We offer acrylic frames for showcasing your favorite photos. Clear acrylic photo studio "L" shape vertical picture frames are available at $59 per set of 25 frames (shipping and handling not included).
Scrapbook
Our most popular photo studio accessory, the photo guestbook is perfect for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, and anniversaries. Your attendant will help your guests create a unique photo series with hilarious and heartwarming photo images, messages, and best wishes.
Photo CD
Sharing your photos is easy with this web-ready, disk of all photo strips. Upload photos directly to your website, email them to friends and family, and even make additional prints.
