How We Work
Step 1. – Place Your Order Online We make it easy with online ordering and instant pricing. Simply purchase a product photo package for the number of products you require photographed. You will have the option to select from various options, most of which are free. During checkout we require no payment from you. Once you review your pictures and approve them we will send you an invoice for payment. You will then be able to pay via PayPal, Credit, or Debit Card, Once your payment has cleared we will release your files. Step 2. – Ship Your items to SophterLight.com After you submit your order you will receive an order confirmation with instructions on where to ship your items. Our address is also below. Carefully pack up the items that you need photographed and ship them to us. Ensure the products you pack are "photo ready": labels are straight, and the product is in excellent condition. SophterLight Photography, LLC 91 White Street West Haven, CT 06516 Step 3. – Confirmation of Receipt of Products Once your products have been received we inspect the items to ensure they arrived without damage. We will confirm receipt and address any specific questions we may have answer any questions you may have . Step 4. – Product Shoot Your products will be photographed in our state of the art studio by our pro product photographers. If you require an environment, to showcase you products our visual designers will procure the items necessary and have you approve the set before photography begins. Step 5. - Post Production After the products are photographed the images undergo our post production processing where they are reviewed for quality, edited, and retouched. Step 6. - Proofing of Your Order You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your online proofing gallery. At this point you can view all your product photos and either approve your order, or requests reshoots, or touch ups. Most revisions are free; however additional charges may apply. If revisions are required they are processed and uploaded for approval. For new clients & first time orders we may process a small number of product pictures for approval before photographing your entire order. This ensures you are happy with our service. Step 7. – Order Completion and File Delivery Once you have approved your order we carefully pack up your items and ship them back to you. We will bill you for the actual amount of shipping plus a one-time handling fee of $19.00. To avoid this fee please provide a pre-paid shipping label with your order. At this point we will also process your payment method to collect your funds. Once your order is fully paid for we will email you instructions on how to download your files, or mail you your images on CD if that option was ordered. |
