Defective products will be exchanged or credited. Defective products are defined as damaged goods, out of focus photographs or incorrectly exposed photographs.
The customer understands that certain areas in a photograph will be in focus while others areas are rendered as soft focus. This condition is known as depth of field. The customer understands that levels of light can vary within a photograph. The light on our client may be different than the light on the background. Please contact us via email by clicking here or call us immediately if there is any discrepancy with your order. If you are not satisfied in any way with art from the SophterLight Photography, you may exchange it or return the item within 7 days from receipt of art for internet orders. You will receive a credit for the cost of the purchased item after it has been inspected for return to our inventory. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error. Return Authorization You must inform our staff via email prior to shipping a return in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. Email by clicking here. Damaged Returns We gladly accept any returns that follow the above return guidelines. However, art prints are very delicate, therefore you need to take extreme measures to ensure the items are returned undamaged. If we receive a damaged item as a return and we are unable to re-enter it into our inventory, we offer you the following options: 1) We can return the item(s) to you at no additional charge 2) We can refund 50% of the purchase price of the item(s) 3) We can offer you store credit for 50% of the purchase price of the item(s) We suggest insuring all return shipments to avoid any possible damaged-in-transit losses. Please re-use original packing materials if possible. The following items are excluded from this policy: special order merchandise, customized abums, folios, printed materials unless there is a misprint. Any computer software or prerecorded media that has been opened is also excepted from this policy. Returned products must be in brand-new condition and include the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and blank warranty cards. Any items not meeting these requirements will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable. |
