Help us plan for your child’s Connecticut Mitzvah photos!

You want everything to be perfect, and so do we. With this in mind, we have designed this questionnaire in order to take care of as many details as possible in advance.

This form addresses the various traditional events that typically occur at Mitzvahs. Please allow enough time to complete all fields and submit this questionnaire. Answer each question to the best of your ability - if you're not sure or you need some guidance, just leave it blank and we'll address it later.

Guidelines vary widely for what photography can be done with the Torah; what exactly are your expectations regarding us captureing images of the reading and other elements of the ceremony while handling the Torah? Do your expectation exceed any restrictions? Would a non kosher Torah sitting be helpful to procure images that can not be captured at the ceremony due to restrictions? *

Regarding the ceremony: Is the use of flash photography restricted? If so, please describe at what times during the ceremony there is to be no flash used. *

To gain interesting vantage points your photographer(s) will move around during the cermony, please list any restrictions to the mobility of the photographer(s)? *
